Microsoft has announced the release of Windows 8 to manufacturers. “This means we’ve completed the product development and testing of the product and have started handing off the final code to our OEM partners.” quoted Windows blog. This means manufacturers can now begin preparing new Windows 8 PCs and devices that’ll introduce starting with General Availability. On August 15th, developers will be able to visit the Windows Dev Center to get access to all the tools and resources they need.
