As of yesterday, Lenovo has pushed Android 4.0 out to U.S. owners of ThinkPad Tablet. The update brings with it all the benefits you’d expect from Ice Cream Sandwich, including NFC-based sharing with Android Beam, Face Unlock, and access to new core apps such as Gmail, Calendar, Google Chrome, and more.
