A: ”We are not announcing dates but China is a large focus for us.”
Q: What about Arabic support on the Windows Phone 8 platform?
A: “Windows Phone 8 will support this on the platform.”
Q: Will city view be available for canadians?
A: ”I can comment on navigation capabilities, certainly part of the offering for Canada.”
Q: I was wondering how do you feel about Samsung stealing your thunder with Windows Phone 8?
A: ”Of course anyone can go on stage and introduce a device at any point. We are particularly proud to stand on stage to show Windows Phone 8 fully working.”
Q: Is Nokia developing a Windows 8 or RT tablet?
A: ”We have not announced any plans to introduce tablet products.”
Q: VPN on Windows Phone 8?
A: ”Key eight pillars are enhancements to the security platform. You will see enhanced security capabilities in Windows Phone 8 – full encryption, DRM etc.”
Q: Will all apps work on Windows Phone 8?
A: ”Expectation is full forward compatibility.”
Q: Where do you see market share heading?
A: ”Each step that we take, along with Microsoft and other OEMs – our intention is to grow that market share.”
