You now have an alternative to Winterboard, Dreamboard is the newest theming platform. Made by wyndwarrior, there is already a preloaded HTC theme in the app when you download it. Here’s a picture of Dreamboard in action:
An advanced themeing platform and alternative to Winterboard. Dreamboard is free in Cydia and you do not have to instal a repo. Each theme comes with easy setup, no extra tweeks needed like Winterboard themes usually need. Once you’ve downloaded a Dreamboard theme it’ll show up in the Dreamboard app on your springboard.
